Before you contact us
For an existing order, include your order number and checkout email. For a product question, include the product name and the measurement, material or compatibility detail you want to check. Never email full payment-card details or passwords.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with a description and, where helpful, clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, reshipment, refund or return solution. For a confirmed error attributable to us, you will not bear additional costs caused by that error.
Order changes & cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment preparation starts. No cancellation fee applies when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
Processing & delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and any necessary verification. During holidays, promotions or unusually busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. For supported United States destinations, estimated standard carrier transit is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate periods. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Planning a return?
Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Preference-based returns must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and all included components. Contact us before sending anything back. Our business address is not an automatically authorized return destination; approved return instructions will identify the appropriate address.
Refund timing
After an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund is normally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
