Terms and Conditions
Purchase terms for taeparung.com.
taeparung™ and taeparung.com are owned and operated by Guangzhou Suntian Trading Co., Ltd.
1. Scope & eligibility
These terms govern purchases through taeparung.com. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase or act with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Product information
Review the individual product page for dimensions, materials, compatibility, included parts and instructions. Dimensions are approximate where described. Photography and screens can affect color appearance. Minor variations do not excuse a material mismatch, defect or failure to meet the description.
3. Orders & availability
Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt. Orders remain subject to availability, payment verification and acceptance. If an error or unavailability prevents fulfillment, we will explain the issue and arrange an appropriate correction, cancellation or refund rather than substitute without agreement.
4. Pricing & payment
Review the currency, charges, tax and delivery amount shown at checkout before payment. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Promotions are subject to the conditions presented with the offer. A payment provider may impose its own fees.
5. Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and any necessary verification. During holidays, promotions or unusually busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. For supported United States destinations, estimated standard carrier transit is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate periods. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Standard shipping is free for orders over $39 USD. Other costs and available destinations are shown at checkout. 6. Returns & refunds
Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Preference-based returns must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and all included components. After an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund is normally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Preference-return shipping is normally paid by the customer. 7. Changes & cancellations
Contact us promptly. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but cannot guarantee changes after processing or shipment preparation starts. No cancellation fee applies when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
8. Intended use & safety
Use each product only for its described purpose. Laundry-inspired shapes are decorative references: Spin Cycle does not wash; Press Pause is not an ironing surface; Soap Shift is for compatible non-foaming hand soap only. Cycle Dial is a general reminder, not a safety-critical timer. Folded & Done must not prop open a fire door or serve as a child-safety device. Follow product-specific care and keep unsuitable small parts, cords and batteries away from young children.
9. Website content & submissions
Website materials may be used for lawful personal shopping. Rights in content remain with their respective owners; permitted legal uses are unaffected. If you submit a review, it must reflect your honest experience and respect others’ rights. Content submitted for publication may be displayed for that purpose; separate promotional uses require an appropriate basis or permission.
10. Service interruptions & liability
Service or delivery may be affected by events outside reasonable control. We will communicate available information and seek an appropriate solution for affected orders. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable liability, mandatory warranties or consumer remedies. Website descriptions do not override binding product commitments or rights.
11. Privacy & providers
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Checkout, payment, shipping and other third-party services may have applicable terms of their own. These do not remove our obligations as the seller.
12. Disputes & updates
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable mandatory law and available legal remedies remain unaffected. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest applies to the extent permitted. Changes are posted on this page; the terms in effect when an order is submitted generally govern that purchase, subject to law.
